health benefits

These practices have a wide range of potential health benefits, as they target main functions of the major body systems responsible for overall health.

soak+sauna+salt

Healthy levels of stress are difficult to achieve in today’s world. High and constant levels of stress compromise the body’s ability to maintain good mental and physical health due to the significant negative impacts on the nervous system, which has a cascading effect throughout the body.

Sweating is crucial for health as it allows the body to release unwanted toxins (detoxify). Inducing mild hyperthermia (increased core temperature) activates cellular defenses, thereby increasing the body’s restorative and protective abilities.

Healthy immune and circulatory systems as the key to improving the body’s inflammatory response, which ultimately helps maintain physical health and cultivate resilience.

Respiratory wellness increases oxygen load and availability in the bloodstream, helping cells produce more energy and supporting all bodily systems in functioning optimally.

Reinforce your body's natural capacities through hydrothermal bathing and halotherapy.

Based in centuries-old
global wisdom and proven
through modern science.

Hydrothermal bathing (soak and sauna) and halotherapy (salt therapy) services are available stand-alone or can be utilized in combination to support health optimization.

While guidance regarding best practices is provided, your experience is self-directed and self-empowered.

Hydrothermal Bathing

The basic circuit follows a three step process.

With experience over time, you will be able to withstand greater temperature changes, tolerate higher or lower temperatures for longer, and may wish to repeat the process several times or combine services.

Halotherapy

Available in SALT + SAUNA spa suite
via infrared sauna feature

(with or without heat).

Halotherapy—also known as dry salt therapy—is an established wellness practice of breathing in tiny particles of pure pharmaceutical-grade salt (and letting them collect on your skin). It is an all-natural, drug-free and holistic practice done in an arid space that simulates the micro-climate of natural salt caves.

With naturally occurring anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties, some believe salt therapy supports optimal respiratory health and helps mitigate a variety of skin conditions.

People want to reduce stress and tension, restore their sense of connection and wellbeing, and ultimately increase their health, vitality and resilience.

Here in the U.S., we are under-served by the limited commercial health and wellness options and an inadequate healthcare system.

Instead of buying into the notion that true wellness comes from outside of ourselves, it’s time to cultivate health from within.

We want and need local, accessible options to take radical responsibility for our own health and well-being, recognizing that health is a result of instilling self-care practices in our daily lives.
